I want to capture some screen shots from a vcd that i made at home and put them on my computers at work as background.
how do I get these from the vcd, and what is the file type to save to? I used my firewire and a mgi product to capture the footage (dv) and TMPenc to get the vcd done.
thanks

I know you can do it in power dvd. Also you could open the .mpg in virtual dub and use the cntr+1 screengrab to get the frame. Keep in mind you'll have to change the aspect of your picture since a VCD is 352x240 while 320x240 is the aspect it needs to be in so the people don't look stretched.
