  1. I've been converting all type of files to mpeg without a problem with TMPGENC. But now I have a long divx file XVid and now after I process it I get two files instead of a mpeg file.
    A wav file and a m2v file.
When I try to join them with the mpeg tool from TMPGENC I get the message:
Multiplexing linear PCM Stream to system stream is not supported.

Any idea how can I convert that file to mpeg?????

  2. Your authoring program should handle it.. though I don't know why you'd stick to wav. You could always go mp2 if your player supports it

If you encode to VCD or SVCD you get a mpeg file and if you encode to DVD you gat a .m2v and .wav files.
DivX and Xvid are two different kinds of AVI .

The reason why it is doing it is because you must have had ES (Video+Audio) selected instead of System(Video+Audio). TMPGEnc DVD Author won't have a problem with the two streams though.
    If in doubt, Google it.
