    avi file has 2GB limit under win98.
    Is there any file size limit of vob file?

    There is a 4GB limitation in FAT32 OS like win98, no matter whether .avi, .vob or .whatever files.
    A lot of tools work with up to 2GB files only. So make sure you split the the vobs and capture segmented avis.
