  1. Im using TMPGEnc to convert some AVI files into DVD, in the last step of the wizard it tells me to adjust resolution, average video bitrate, etc... ok, so what i did was to lower average video bitrate from 8000 to 4100 and leaving 720 x 480 resolution so i can fit more videos in the DVD , do u think is a good choice? do u think final image resolution is gonna be ok or should i increase the average video bitrate? i read an article and it says that if the original AVI video resolution was great i could lower the bitrate to 3000 and set 352 x 480 in video resolution, i did that; final video resolution was great but there is a problem, DVD Encore is not compatible with 352 x 480, so that's why im trying to change to 720 x 480....

    Are you using 2-pass VBR or CBR? It's probably OK for VBR but CBR could be iffy.

    Oh, and find a better authoring program.
