    I use Pinnacle Studio 9 to capture my VHS tapes. Studio 9 caputers in MPEG. What format is used in the VHS tapes befor it is captured?

    Studio 9 can capture in DV AVI too (and probably some other types too, it depends on capture card)
    Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home)
