    Hey all!

    Here's a dumb question, but I can't figure it out right now. My brother just informed me that everything we've been recording on the Panny E50 is coming out in Mono.

    Is there a setting or something somewhere that can take care of this? The originals are in stereo.

    Assuming that he is inputting from MTS TV signal the only thing I am aware of is this; when a signal is broadcast in both stereo and SAP the E-50 records in mono even when the unit is set to stereo. The only other ways would be if the audio setting in set to mono in the setup menu or if the input is using line-in #2 and the right channel (I think) input cable is bad, then the unit will only use the left audio input and will record in mono.
    Still a few bugs in the system...
