Probably just about every DVD player on the market will be able to output Dolby Digital Surround (AC-3) and DTS to a digital receiver.
Some models have inbuilt AC-3 decoding so all you have to do is to plug the 6 speakers into the DVD player.
Some models have Dolby Surround decoding as well.
You should be able to research this yourself by going into any good electrical store and asking the sales rep., or getting brochures. A quick search of the internet will yield this information as well.
