DVD-Ripping, no luck, help would be apreciated

yeh, i tryed to use DVD Decrypter, and it didnt work, here's what it said

if anybody could help me to use this program, or another program that i could use to make DVD-Rips, it'd be apreciated.

Don't take this the wrong way, but did you try running it without all the other programs running as well (to make sure there's no conflict of some sort)?

man, i just found out, that I can only rip 4 out of the 8 Yu Yu Hakusho Episodes on the DVD. anybody could help me with that??
i can rip 3 ou of the 7 main .vob files, and i can rip alittle bit of the fourth one, and when i used DVD2AVI to see how much of the fourth one I ripped, it turns out to be EXACTLY 4 episodes, out of the 8 episodes.
please somybody, help me ripp the other half, i've tryed DVD decryper, Smart DVD, Clad DVD 2.0 (that one said that I needed to "authenticade" the DVD movie) and some more, too many to remember.

Just to update on what I have experienced. I have successfully backed up Yu-Yu Hakusho Volumes 1-14, with the exception of #5 giving me a CRC error. I don't think it's a encryption notification. I think it's actually a defective disc. I used DVD Shrink and Nero 6.0+ for all the backup workflow.

hey dude, will the dvd shrink thingy work?
and exactly what does it do? like, why do u need Nero to go with it?
