    I downloaded a tv episode I missed but when I play it, it constantly stutters visually even though the audio works fine. Can anyone tell me why this is and what I can do about it? Thanks.

    Try installing the latest xvid codec.

    could try running the file through divxrepair or virtualdub and check for errors.

    Try FFDshow. It uses less resources and more settings.
