I'm using tmpgenc to encode movies to play in my dvd player in my hewlett pakard 7940 which has dvd plus. I'm not sure what that is. I'm having blocky playback especially in dark scenes and motion lines.Any help in clearing this up? I've read somewhere that using older video drivers for my video card will help. But I don't know what my video card is or how to find that out. I am pretty good with this video stuff (although it might not seem like it). These are just some simple questions I've never had answered. Also, what's tv out?
