Problem to convert AVI to VCD

I tryed to convert a divx to VCD with ffmpegX 0.0.9b
I used the preset -VCD-
It use the mpeg1 (mpeg2enc).
I add a subtitle file. And I have 2 errors when launching the encoding :

**ERROR: [mpeg2enc] pel_aspect_ratio must be between 1 and 14 (MPEG-1)

**ERROR: [mplex] Unable to open file /private/var/root/Desktop/Movie/movie.mpv for reading.

I tryed the preset with SVCD and it works without problem.
If someone know the problem.

Tryed again with 0.0.9c. Problem persist
It occurs only when I use 'enocding with Player' cause I have to burn some subtitles on it.
