  1. I have some flash videos that I would like to convert to avi or mpeg. Isd there a free program that can do this for me? I have searched but have't found anything yet. Thanks in advance

    There's a guide on this site here. Do a google search for swf to avi and you'll find other programs that can perform the conversion too.

  4. Ok I have a problem I have the saved flash file but when i try and load it into Quictime, but it says there is invalid date media the movie and cannot open. What is wrong?

    No idea, dude. You might want to consider trying another method. One thing you can try is using Camstudio to record a portion of your screen while the swf is playing.
