Can you not find your DVD Player in the DVD plyer section on the left.
Your question cannot be answered , as DVD players play back whatever they are designed to playback. It depends on make and model.

OR if you have not yet got a DVD Player what is it you want it to play back ?

Definately don't assume anything . You've more chance of a big brand NOT being able to play VCDs.
I've just had a google and the only place I can even find that model is on ebay.
I may be assuming , but the reason you are in such a hurry is because that is where you are thinking of buying one from.
I think if you posted a topic asking 'Should I buy a Panasonic SA-HT95 from ebay?' you would get some very mixed responses.

If you want a DVD player that plays VideoCDs , at least find one that says it in the specs.

    Update - I found this :-
    plays DVD-Video discs, DVD-Audio discs, CDs, audio CD-Rs & CD-RWs, and MP3 CDs
Definately doesn't playback Video cd's In fact it plays back very little if you break it down

    DVD CD and mp3 - That's It
