A burner is required because Liteon never designed it's ROM drives for PI/PO testing...so, they might be okay, but it's arguable.
To cut to the chase, at these settings a PO error at about 280 (on graph) will have issues on most players....likewise a PI error at about 32 will have equal trouble. These errors result in pixelation, dropouts and/or freezing.
I consider a good scan (Ritek/Maxell) to have the graph show PO < 50 and PI < 10-15.
These will play in my most picky player with no issues.
