    I have recorded with my video camera. And by some odd reason - there is 1 high frequent sound thats irritates me.

    Is there any tools that I can use, to edit the avi file and eliminate this sound ?

    You can use http://www.goldwave.com to edit the sound (Load AVI) but you have to save as WAV, then use TMPGEnc to merge them when converting to VCD

    AVI > youroriginal.avi
    WAV > Newwavefile.wav
