    I am trying to convert some cartoons to DVD. But some the VHS is in poor quality. Is there any way I can
    a). fix the audio levels (some episodes were recorded with the audio levels very low, others were recorded with high audio levels).
    b). fix the color (the colors aren't solid within the objects, there are bars of yellow and orange inside something that is supposed to be just yellow).
