    Yeah I havn't exactly figured it out yet but how do you put two different audios with one video. I've already converted the video to .m2v and the audio to ac3. So what do I do now???

    It is isn't possible with tmpgenc dvd author.

    Get a dvd authoring with several audio tracks support:
    https://www.videohelp.com/tools?toolsearch=&section=&orderby=Name&convert=&dvdauthorfeat...+or+List+tools

    as you can see are most such authoring tools very expensive...except for ifoedit and dvdauthorgui.
