OK, here we go:
When i do all the proccess of encoding my movie with TEMPGEnc and then i burn it with NERO......ok, movie works very well in my DVD player but when i wanna watch the movie in computer there are 4 folders with all these weird files in them, is there and encoder or a special player that allows me to watch a movie out of a VCD thats in a CD-rom?

On the green "How To" menu on the LEFT, there is a link named "PLAY Video on computer"... http://www.vcdhelp.com/plaympg.htm

The other option is burn with a autoplays software, like i-vcd, in tools, make a folder within the exe file and gui.dll, and out a autorun file.
