I see that VOB file names file a naming convention. I see within the IFO files, references to VOB-ID's (which I assume is a seperate thing.)

So what is the relationship of VOB file names and the VOB-ID within the VOB file? Is there a relationship?

Can VOB-ID's span over more then one VOB file?

Can a "cell" start in one VOB file and continue to the next VOB file?
