Basicly, I am trying to frameserve from DynaPel MotionPerfect. MotionPerfect only supports .avi output, with a chosen compressor/decompressor. So I am looking for a program that calls itself a compressor, but really just makes a psuedo .avi file that can be opened in another program via framserve. I know that there is a plugin for Adobe Premiere, the Video Server Plugin, but that is not a full codec, so to speak, as in you can't use it in any avi encoder program.

I am frameserving to save harddrive space, and time of not having to re-encode twice. Not to keep the video quality.

Have you looked at Pluginpac Frameserver? It s in the Tools section. Seems to be reasonably effective serving out of Premiere and Vegas.

"It supports SonicFoundry Vegas, Adobe Premiere and Ulead MediaStudio Pro."
I'll give it a try.
