Intervideo DVDCopy 2 Plat. Complete Disc error?

After ripping with Decrypter, I tried to use the backup "Complete Disc" feature that takes 2 discs, but when the first disc is finished and the window pops up to insert disk 2 I get en error every time. Did anyone else have this problem?

There are known errors with platinum2 from their techsupport.Lots of problems,this being one of them.Ask for your money back,or like me wait until they fix the bugs.They have to fix it up,or they might as well take it off the market.By the way,e-mail them about your problem.The more people that do that will make them realize they have major problems.
