  1. I cant find anything here on a coverting software that can convert Real Video to mpeg or avi.

    Anyone?

  2. There is a program called Trina that will conver rm's. I think that it is d/lable in the tools section. Only problem is that it converts it to an uncompressed avi, which is very, very large. If anyone knows how to convert from rm to mpg or avi instead of an uncompressed avi using Trina, please post a reply.

    that's because it's called tinra

    wht ive been doing is using a prog. called snagit (check tools) and grabbing the video from realplayer. unfortunately the prog doesn't seem to let me use huffyuv, so captures are uncompressed. I can use DivX though, which works reasonably well. i tried using tinra, and i don't like it. no options at all, and messy to use, as you have to open the resulting .avi in vdub and alter its framerate, then you end up with the sound out of synch and - it's just messy. use snagit/some other screen capture software.
