  1. hi everybody out there. i have a problem, that hopefully somebody out there can help me with.

I am trying to convert a file from pal to ntsc, i beleive it was 25 fps to 23.976 fps or basically 24 fps (you know what i mean).
I already have used tmpgenc to do a simple de-mux, which then i am supposed to use besweet, to do the audio converting. now the problem is that, i am supposed to click on mp2 to mp2, but i cant seem to find mp2 to mp2. all there is is .....play mp2, or lst mp2 etc. how can i find mp2 to mp2. i am trying to follow the guide, but it does not give me an explanation for this.
    thanks....if anybody can help

Open besweet gui and click on input(select source) at the top left and browse to where the mp2 file is and then change the extension at the top right of the pop out menu to mp2 and load the mp2 file.In the main menu change the extension to mp2 where you see the toolame printing.

  3. thanks for the advice, but my next problem is that, i cant get it to convert.
after i hit mp2 to mp2, a select besweet screen pops out telling me, cant find file. then when i click mp2, it tells me valid, so i click ok, and click mp2 to mp2 again and still i get select besweet screen again.
how do i get it to convert?
    thanks

Which file is it that the BeSweet GUI can't find? The source mp2 file? Or the BeSweet.exe file?

  5. i'm asuming that its the besweet gui, since it says enter file name and next to it it says .exe, but its not highlighted, but like i said when i click mp2 in the select besweet screen it automaticaly turns to a select output screen (which is the same screen, just that it sais select output (mp2) on top) then my file name will appear with the .mp2 next to it, and on the bottom of the screen it will say valid, which i then click ok, and nothing happens.

Make sure besweet.exe is in the same folder as besweetgui.exe or you will have to browse for where the besweet.exe file is,dont load the besweetgui.exe cause thats not the exe its looking for.

  9. ok i did that, and it turned my mp2 to mp2 tab to mp2pal to mp2.

then when i click to transcode, it only takes about 8 to 15 seconds to transcode, and sometimes i even i got to left click and hold it down, if not it will do nothing, why is that?
