I have a mpeg-1 video that I would like to dub audio onto it (the audio it has sucks). How would I put new audio into a video and take out the old audio?

make the audio you want to use into a wav file, and then use tmpgenc to encode it to an mp2 file; open the wav file, click audio only, and set the settings to 224 bitrate. then encode it. it should take 5 minutes or less. Then use tmpgenc's simple multiplex tool, and set the video file to the video file, and the audio file to the new mp2 file.
