    I just finished watching Gothika and had a few questions for those people who understand movies better than I.

    Why did they let Halle Berry's character go? She did still kill her husband, regardless of what he did.

    Why was the ghost so mean towards Halle's character? WHy did she always beat the crap out of her?

    I was watching this the other day and was wondering the same thing. I wouuld think she would try to be nice towards her since she's trying to get her to help her. The main problem I had about the movie was the ending. I mean, it started out as a sort of ghost story but a the end, it turned out that that guy and the other guy were behind it (didn't want to spoil it for the people who haven't seen it ). I don't know. It almost feels like two different movies.

    Personally I thought the movie was teh sucky, and no Hailey Berry b00bies?? Whats up with that???? Premise was a little shaky with letting her go... yada, yada, yada...
    Also noticed that they left it open for a Gothika 2......

    Dont know why they let her go (I guess they believed in ghosts)

    I guess the girl was pissed at her because halle's husband in the film killed her so revenge on him just wasnt good enough.
