    I've just upgraded my pc tp P4 2.8ghz HT ( new motherboard and ram)
    I now find that when i try and convert an avi to mpeg, i get sound but NO picture. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled tmpgenc plus, but it's still the same. I have used the guides posted on this site, but nothing seems to work. I am using the latest version of Tmpgenc plus.
    Mainconcept works fine, but i need the extra functions of tmpgenc plus.
    Can anyone help.
