I have been burning VCDs for some time now, but recently my MPEGs are not being accepted. I get the message, "System Clock Reference Not Acceptable". My software (Roxio Easy CD Creator 5) won't let me make the VCD. Is there any way to fix the problem with my MPEG. I tried re-encoding with TMPC(?), but it still didn't work, same problem with System Clock Reference not being acceptable. PLEASE HELP!

Try using VCDEasy v 1.1.52 (higher versions you must pay) this one is still free. It might be Roxio that is having the problem, I really dont know. I like using VCDeasy for burning VCD/SVCD. Just drop the .mpg into the window, create some chapters point and burn...very simple.
You can check the guides on the left..should have everything you need.
hope this was some help.
