    when using the main concept encoding in vegas (4.0) ... anyone know the difference between the quality dropdown on the project tab and the quality slider (0 or 1 to 31) on the video tab? edit: forgot to say, RTFM was no addt'l info

    Also noticed that the preview settings changed when I changed the render settings (quality slider =31 preview was progressive, quality slider to 28, preview changed to interlaced...at least this is the only change I thought I made)..not sure why..
