Hi,

I downloaded a .bin file, and extracted the Mpeg2 file from it. The picture has a black frame all around it when I play on Windows Media Player. When I use MyDVD to burn to DVD or VCD, it has the frame at the top and bottom, but not the sides. Instead, it strethces the picture out and everything looks shorter and fatter. Is there any way to correct this? A different (preferably freeware) burn program I can use where I'll be able to adjust that? Thanks in advance!
