  1. I am trying to convert movie trailers that are in .MOV format into the .ISO format that can be played on a regular DVD player. I have Apple's QuickTime PRO 6.0 and would like to use a 16:9 aspect ratio for widescreen television sets. Does anyone know how I can do this?

I hope this was the right forum with which to post this question.

    yours,

ISO isn't a video format. It is a disc image format.

You can use TMPEGENC to encode it. Just download the filter here

Also, I strongly encourage you to read some guides (to the left).

I use Mainconcept to convert mov files. Tmpgenc Plus also works for me but you have to d/l the quicktime plug in and put it in your Tmpgenc folder.
