  1. I used to use Pagemaker for almost all of my graphic work, but recently I had to make this huge poster for someone. I had to import a background, but with Pagemaker it was really pixelated. I tried using Frontpage and it looked great. Is there anything I can use to improve the picture in Pagemaker?

    Heh, Pagemaker is for layout and design of print/press materials. Frontpage is for designing websites. I certainly wouldn't be using an HTML editor for page layout

    What you need to look into is InDesign. That's Adobe's latest layout application. It's a lot better than Pagemaker ever was. Technically InDesign was supposed to replace Pagemaker (especially since it can convert old PMD documents) but too many people whined and thus Pagemaker 7 was born. I think it's officially dead now though. Of course now that I said that it will suddenly be back by popular demand
