Alright well I've got this cheap Dazzle device and it just isn't cutting it. I know my Motherboard AGP slot is 4X/2X, currently using a GEForce 2 64MB video card. I've got a GB of RAM, 1.7GHZ P4 processor. I do have an available PCI slot I can use too, so thats fine as well. Based on some info I was considering the ATI 64MB VIVO, but a dedicated capture card would be fine too. Only other option in my head so far is the ATI All In wonder 9000... I would just be capturing an occasional VHS and quality doesn't have to be perfect, I can deal with about VCD quality really, so I don't really need something thats top of the line I don't think.
