Since the house is paid for, I think I'd travel to England, Rome, Nepal (after the civil war ends), Australia ...all first class. Then I'd buy a 1970 426 Hemi Cuda just for shits and grins. And with the remaining $625,000, put it in my 401K so when I'm old and can't drive the Cuda anymore I can live at DVDRHELP.COM (like I don't already) and download midget clown porn.

I would do the same, but I'd also still work. Just sitting around all day or even traveling wouldn't be as satisfying as working. But I'd work for myself and do what I want to do.

As for the one mil...I want to go to medical school and a million bucks would mean no loans. I'd invest the remaining 90 percent and throw parites with the other 10.

NEVER EVER PLAN A TRIP TO INDIA IN THE SUMMER!!! Just a warning. Unless you're staying at a hotel w/ generators, never go there in the summer. They cross 90 almost everyday and the power goes out frequently.
