Hi,
I would like to use a few minutes (1 or 2) of DVD for Powerpoint presentation. I have downloaded several software but i could nowt want what I want.
I want to use only 1 software to rip DVD, pull the clip (1 or 2 minutes) and save it in the format Powerpoint accepts. Now I have to use 3 different software. One for hacking DVD, then converting the whole section to avi. etc file then clipping a few minutes of it.
Any suggestion. Price is not important.

whats wrong with using more than 1 app ..
when everyone first started out doing ANYthing with mpeg -- we usedto have to use about 20 apps it seemed ..
but if you want the easy easy easy way -- get a dv transcoder (canopus or ads or any of the others) .. record only or nearly the only part of the dvd you want with windows movie maker , save to a avi after trimming and import into powerpoint .. it accually goes very smooth and fast this method for what you want to do ..."Each problem that I solved became a rule which served afterwards to solve other problems." - Rene Descartes (1596-1650)
