If any one can help with this?

I downloaded some files from the net and when I come to burn them with Nero express I keeps on saying that there is not enough space. These files once they are formated go in a folder on my hard drive and I have over 25 Gig left????

if they are in AVI of course, I treid to use the TEMPEG but it locks up everytime I use it, is there something else that will convert them and then I can burn them off?
