I am going to burn some vcd, what software is the best.
I want good quality.
I have some divX, some MPEG and MPEG layer-3. I could not tell the diffrent. Do i need more than one software.
ps i use win XP.

You can't just burn any old file into a VCD. You will have to have encoded it and authored it correctly first.

When i have converted the file to vcd, then what is the best burn software.

Don't know about the TMPGEnc and WinXP thing.
Once you've converted it to VCD compliant MPEG-1, it depends on what you want to do.
If all you are interested in is a simple one track VCD, then most software will do it just fine (e.g., Nero, Easy CD Creator, WinOnCD, VCDImager+CDRDAO/CDRWin, etc.)

If quality is really your concern, maybe you should consider SVCD instead? You get less storage space, but the quality is a bit better (about the same as SVHS).
