hi, i have a chinese dvd that i want to reauthor, or make , whatever you want to call it, because it has chinese subs, that, well... i dont want them, and a VERY CRAPPY english subs....
is there any way to reautor that dvd ? i mean, i just want to replace those subtitles, maybe add another language track and MAYBE... just maybe modify the menus....
is there any tutorials around ? or any explanation of it in this forum ?
well another wuestion appeared... do i have do reencode the video or something ?
im sorry if im asking for too much info ,but, well we're all here for the same reason... to learn how to make dvd's!

What do you plan to replace the audio and subs with? Anything is possible if you want to put days of work on a single DVD...

well, the audio ( jap) wont be replaced, i wanted to add another audio track, but , i dont think i will. , so it'll be only 1 audio track.
And the subs, i read somewhere that u can demux the vob files , extract the subs, and replace it with other subs ( according to some specs, of course.) and mux it again...
as for menus, i dont know jack about that part so i'll leave it as it is or make a new one....
