  1. Hi there,

I have several mpeg sources and i would like to join them into one title.

I can't do it with Maestro. I can add several video source but only one audio source to one title.

I really would like to avoid joining the mpeg files outside the authoring program.

What dvd authoring software should i use ?

    TIA.

That seems a bit vague about what you want to do....

however, I would recommend TMPGEnc DVDAuthor. If your MPG sources are all exactly the same as far as bitrate, resolution, etc....you can put them all in the same track if you like. If not, you can still have them on same dvd in different tracks.

This authoring program is very easy to learn and does a lot of different things well. The menu creation is basic but pretty good....you can even create motion menu's if you want.

And best of all it has a fully functional free 30 day trial so you can determine if it meets your needs

  3. I'd be surprised if a professional authoring application like Maestro can't do something so simple. All bar the most basic applications can do this: TDA as mentioned before, DVD-Lab, hell, I think even IfoEdit can do it.

Check the manual or consult with other users of Maestro rather than looking for another application. I'm sure it can do it.

  4. Thx a lot.

I have been told that "Create Sync Audio Track" in Maestro allows me to do just that.
