If their is anyone who have seen The Boonddock Saints, there is this cool effect where they write the characters name and a little info about. They freeze the picture and then the text comes up.

I do now how to freeze the picture and add sound-effects and so on, but is their anyone who know about a cool plug-in to Ulead MediaStudio Pro or perhabs how you can do the text-effect with Ulead MediaStudio Pro?
