    Hello,

    I have installed the program and all the required extra things. When I attempt to encode a .wma file to .mp3, it simply dings and says its done, but doesn't create any file.

    What the heck am I doing wrong?

    As a first step, click the blue "i" icon and post the process error message.

    I am having the same problem when trying to encode anything... it just dings instantly and says it's done. No files are created.

    Running OS 10.3.3, just dl/ed latest version of ffmpegX
