Desing Labels to Print?

Hey all i was wondering what programs people use to design their custom made labels? And where do you find your pictures to design your labels?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if you've got an templates for size shape etc that you have links to could you please post.

Photshop has a lot of nice features. As for images, google image search is a start. If you are looking for movie images, you can lift them straight from the dvd using frame capture in powerdvd.

Then you can edit them with photoshop,etc.
