I have a VCD that has a foreign language dubbed on 1 channel with English on the other channel. For video playback to listen in English, I have to turn the balance all the way to the Right channel to cut out all the foreign language audio playback.
Is there a tool that can help me extract out the video AND only one of the 2 audio channels from such a VCD? Thanks.

1. Use VCDGear to get the mpg from the .dat of the VCD.
2. Demux to m1v (video) and mp2 (audio) using TMPGEnc.
3. Load mp2 in GoldWave. Copy the English channel (no pun intended) over the foreign language channel.
4. Save as 2 chan wav.
5. Encode to VCD spec mp2 audio using tooLame.
6. Multiplex new mp2 with old m1v.
7. Author as VCD and burn.
