    Grokster uses the same p2p network as Kazaa and is *slightly* less bothersome in terms of intrusive spyware/adware. I would use Kazaa Lite(no spyware/adware) if you can track still track it down.

  6. shareaza is the way to go. connects to all those networks. Can be a pain to figure out though.
