i wanna make my video full screen 4 the vcd im making without increasing the filesize

Read the Guides to find out how to make your video 'Full Screen' (see TMPEGenc Guides for example); btw the filesize is not important when you make VCD's important is the lenght of your movie (80 min fit on a 80min CD-R).
