    2 things.

    1. i have a dvd i made, plays in the dvd player but my puter doesnt even recognize that theres a disc in the drive. i have rebooted.

    2. i have a video, that has the 2 black lines (widescreen lines), but they are on the left and right side.
    how do i fix this please?

    does your dvd drive on your computer work with other dvds
    maybe the drive head is burnt out

    yeah it plays another dvd i made.
    although this time autoplay did pop up, but the puter made a loud grunting sound.

    hhhhbk...

    i clicked on the "clip frame" option under settings....will this fix it?
