Anyone know of a good car navigation system?

I'm searching for a navigation system that will give me visual and audio turn-by-turn navigation in my car.

Does anyone know of a good one that isn't too expensive? I don't want to spend more than $400

It's a small computer built into his car that features not only voice control ("Computer - Play Radiohead") but GPS, touchscreen, wireless network access and video playback! sweet, eh?
