I've searched the Doom9 and DVDRhelp forums without much succes on this topic.
I'm trying to back up Dances with Wolves and there are substantial segments of the movie where there are forced English subtitles where Native Americans speak.
As with my other DVD's, I've backed up only the audio, video and subs of the main movie using IFOEdit (currently 0.96) for the stream processing. Somewhere in the stripping and ifo creation process, the flags prompting the forced subtitles are lost. Consequently, during playback of the finished DVD-5, the subtitles are either on or off. None are forced. How do I fix this? How do I preserve the flags?
By the way, I've also seen subtitles randomly appear in a backup movie, almost as if the subtitles were forced at that point. How do I strip the flags entirely?
Thanks.
