Hi,
I finally got to make my very own VCD for the very first time after one whole year of owning a Sony DV(TRV18E)
I've just got my new PC with a firewire :P
I used Ulead VideoStudio 7 to capture and burn straight to VCD.
I am very new and not familiar with the software.
Both the video and audio quality are ok except that there's lots of TV scan lines in my video. I am wondering why is that happening.
Is it a hardware problem? Software problem?
How can I solve this problem?
Appreciate your advise.
Thank you !!!![]()
