Is it possible to lower the bitrate of a VCD file (.mpg) so it can fit on a CD. The file is currently 800mbs (Swordfish. Will lowering the bitrate make it under 700mbs? And if this is possible, what software can do this?
Thanks!

The file is still too big to be fit on a CD. (The file is 800mbs. It will not fit on a 700mb CD)
Is there any programs that will lower the bitrate of the MPG and reduce the size???
Any help is appreciated!!!
THANKS!!!! -
Reencode with your favorite MPEG encoder if you like, but kimpan is right, you can fit 800MB on a 80 min(700MB) (S)VCD without overburning.
