I have backed up 'finding nemo' using dvdshrink 2.3 and all seems
fine but the copy i make seems to pause at the start of chapter 15
or 16. I have made several attempts at this with the same results.
Even tried a rw but still the same. I am using +r ritek discs.
The actual vob files on my HD seem to play perfect with no pause.
This is actually the first film to cause me problems. If it makes any
difference i am using nero to burn back to dvdr.
I tried posting this problem to another forum but was told the
protection was already ripped with dvdshrink and no protection
remains.. just burn. Duhhh, didnt i just say i burned already but
with problems using this method![]()
Well, anyway, if anyone has copied this movie using a different method
without pauses then please help if you can.
I am seriously thinking of just converting the movie to svcd or similar
and try that instead.
If you have a better method then please let me know. Oh, is svcd the
best quality apart from dvd or is there anything better?
Thanks

I did nemo using:
Decrypter
Instant Copy 7
pdi2iso
Decrytper to burn
I don't think DVDshrink is your problem though.
If it doesn't pause from the HD after it comes out of shrink then you are either dealing with a burning or media issue.
How did you burn it? You might try using IMGtools to make an ISO file of it and burn it with Decrypter.
